国际 StreetNet 战略规划由国际理事会成员、区域协调点代表起草，并吸收了 StreetNet 工作团队的意见建议，形成于2024年8月在柬埔寨举办的工作坊，其后又经线上磋商完善。
The StreetNet International Strategic Plan was drafted by International Council members, Regional Focal Point representatives as well as with the input of the StreetNet team in a workshop conducted in Cambodia in August 2024 followed by online consultations.
