Open innovation ecosystems have become crucial in fostering international collaboration, enabling technology transfer, and driving sustainable economic growth (Chesbrough, 2003)1. By facilitating the seamless exchange of knowledge and expertise across borders, these ecosystems empower businesses to scale globally and address pressing global challenges. Bilkent CYBERPARK, as one of Türkiye’s leading science and technology parks, has taken a strategic approach in developing an international open innovation ecosystem.
